Sushi-making masterclass!
Come to Izakaya and learn the secrets of making sushi together with your friends. Bring 6–20 friends and spend 2–3 hours with us, getting hands-on, learning new skills and, of course, enjoying the sushi you’ve made yourself.
During the masterclass, you’ll make one futomaki, smaller traditional hosomaki rolls and two nigiri – all with ingredients of your choice. You can enjoy the sushi you make on the spot or take it with you to enjoy later.
As you roll, we’ll share stories about the history of sushi, different preparation techniques, tips for making great sushi at home and advice on how to choose high-quality ingredients.
The masterclass costs €60 per person and includes a drink of your choice – Choya plum wine, Kirin Ichiban beer or a soft drink.
