We offer flexible solutions – from a selection of fresh sushi and party table settings to full-service catering. If desired, the chef will prepare rolls on site, sharing exciting stories from the world of sushi, while the wait staff and bar service will ensure that the entire event runs smoothly and worry-free.

Sushi training
Sushi-making master class!
Izakaya invites you to a sushi-making class. Bring along 6-20 friends and spend 2-3 hours with us.
During the master class, we will make one futomaki, smaller traditional hosomaki, and two nigiri. All with ingredients of your own choosing, of course. You can eat the sushi you make yourself or take it with you.
While making the rolls, we will talk about the history of sushi, methods of making sushi rolls, how to make the most delicious rolls at home, and where to buy the highest quality ingredients.
The cost of the training is €60 per person, which includes the above-mentioned items as well as a drink pairing (Choya plum wine, Kirin Ichiban beer, or a soft drink).
